Louie Perez Do not trust this builder as he is truly a con man

Small time builder who lies and misrepresents his company. This is the worst builder and stay away from him. He builds very few homes and uses cheap labor even people he has picked up off the street without a license. When you meet him he will promise you the world and tell you how good he is. Then once he has you hooked he will not even start on your house until you yell for months on end. He is the most corrupt builder I have ever met. I truly don't know how he sleeps at night. The workmanship of the home is thrown together literally and not livable. From tile installed which is falling off the wall within 2 months and wiring that will not work and plumbing is there but no water. Tile that was installed on floor is buckled and cracked and no trim. You trip when you walk on it. Just save yourself from being sucked into his schpeel that he tries to sell you and save yourself and your family a bunch of heartache and lifetime of hurt. He will take your money and run with it and leave you in a mess. Dishonest... Oh yeah! Stick with the bigger builders!
