Bob's Home Remodeling, Inc., Bob The Builder Water penetrated behind the ceramic tile and the dry wall is crumbling

I'm selling my home and the buyer's home inspector discovered that when Bob Layton AKA "Bob the Builder" from Bob's Home Remolding built the shower enclosure he used the wrong wall board behind the ceramic tile. Therefore, the water penetrated the ceramic tile and destroyed the wallboard which now needs to be rebuilt. I called Bob Layton and spoke directly with his wife Cindy and explained the situation. When Bob Layton failed to contact me I called 3 more times and left messages. All of my attempts and messages have gone unanswered by Mr. Layton!
