Joel rosenstein/rocco, has not payed mine and my half brothers child support at all. He has a two 2.5 million dollar condos. What a selfish son of a bi*h! He has given me like 50 dollars one time and i bet thats the money that he wipes his a*s with. All i can say is i hope that he can actually stop avoiding us and start payin the child support. Because what he is doing is most likely illegal
