BP/Citi Delinquency on Credit Report for Card Never Owned

My husband and I were denied credit due to delinquencies, and when we received his credit report, I found this BP/Citi company on it.

We never owned a card through them and cannot get any results in finding out what this is! We are furious!

I did place a dispute with Experian, but it has not been removed as of yet. This is horrible and is ruining our credit!
