$350 BP Card Charge-Off on Credit Report, Never Owned

I received a copy of my credit report and had nothing but great reports, except that one report showed this BP/Citi card as a charge-off, saying that I owed them $350.00. I never had this card and know nothing about it. This company needs to be destroyed, and possibly the credit bureau that continues to take information from this company as well.
