Ripoff company, scam artists, citi bp must be stopped!

When I recently reviewed my credit report, I found a credit card I had never had. I, of course, tried to contact the company to dispute this account but they claimed that I was not even in their system. Easy enough, I thought. I thought they could just be contacted by the credit bureaus and the account would be wiped off my report. Wrong. Three months later and I'm still trying to get "Citi-BP Oil" off of my report. I just now found the correct phone number thanks to this website and a fellow victim of this fraud. My husband also has this company on his credit report, and he too has never had this card before.
What kind of phony scam is this? Is anyone investigating this? Anyone who wants to use my story or contact me to put an end to this crappy company and their games... Please do!
