Mortgagemodifications, mortgagebailout Rip OFF

This company is a RIPP OFF!!! They told us that they could get us a loan modification. We began the process in April of and I would call them at least monthly for an update. Every time we called we were given different people to contact and every time I would ask for that particular person then would tell me they no longer worked there or they never heard of that person. The so called attorneys office that was handling my case said they were still working with my lenders and the attorneys office had not heard from my lenders and they were waiting for a call back from them. I found out in OCT that my modification had been denied and had been denied several times over the course of this loan mod and the only way I found this out was when I contacted the loan company itself. Long story short I am out 2500.00 and no loan modification and also they are now out of business and I am out $ 2500.00 and no way to recover it and am going to loose my home because I do not have any money to hire a REAL attorney to help with a loan modification. I would say to any one not to deal with this company but what good would the do as they have gotten innocent peoples money and ran.
