In Jan. 2009 Lindy Van Cleve took $2500 to do a loan modification

Jan. 23 I paid Lindy Van Cleve, at Chase Colby, $2500 to do a loan modification. She made many promises of what their company was going to do; get me a fixed rate loan, lower the principal amount I owed, and erase the bad credit reporting that resulted from the loan modification.By April I could not reach the business by phone or email. I have also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and with the Attorney Generals in both California and Indiana. I have gotten no results so far.
