I gave them $2200.00 to help with a loan modification for my home. I called and emailed Jane Smith my loan modification specialist and called the 1-888 number. The email was returned and the phone number is no longer in service. I was denied for a loan modification and can not get in contact with anyone who helped me with my modification.
