Mortgage companies, lenders, loan modification companies beware. This company is not processing your files properly. They will accept any file submitted to them with out doing any research on the loan to see if it qualifies for a loan modification. Out of 80 files submitted 7 were completed and when asked for a refund they claim they worked on the file so no refund is do. Clients complaints include no return calls, promised loan modification approvals that don't exist, a new person working on their file every week, and flat out lies. State of California and consumers beware this is a time bomb waiting to explode.
