Loan Modification Scam

Mr. Clive Pinder of US Financial Solutions contacted me if I were interested in doing a loan modification. I told him I had been down that road before and was denied a loan modification and was out $775.00 by Battertia Real Estate firm and didn't want to lose any more monies. They suggested I do a Short Sale. Mr. Pinder guaranteed me that his attorney, Mr. Laverty, would not charge me a penny unless the loan modification was approved and relunctantly I finally decided to give it a try. I authorized them $2,995.00 on my VISA to do the loan modification if I would be guaranteed my money back. Well, consesquently, after 3 months I was told my request was denied and no refund.
