Dell Customer Service Sucks - desktop compute

Tried to order a pre-configured computer from Dell. Didn't wasn't pre-configured computer but took it to expedite shipping & receiving date as my hard drive fried. After 3 days computer hadn't shipped due to "configuration problems" What configuration problems... There shouldn't be any as i took pre-configured computer to avoid delay. Worse yet, Dell customer service couldn't have cared less and where more than happy to cancel order.
