This company sends letters to individuals they find that are looking for part-time employment. They offer a job as a mystery shopper, send a check for $3460.00 and a contract agreement with contact information. The agreement is in professional contract form of which they will offer training pay and funds to complete the work. The check clears the bank initially, then bounces from insufficient funds. The first job as a mystery shopper is to wire money to London, England in order to "mystery shop" the Western-Union office. The wired amount is 2,985.00.

The agreement gives all contact information including fax numbers as well as the name of the individual offering the job.
