Received this scam letter in the mail today. This is the second letter sent to me. The first letter was from Mystery Shoppers Inc out of New York. Both letters are sent from Cananda. They send you a check, which looks real, for over $3000.00. They want you to shop at Walmart, Home Depot, Sears and buy $100.00 in merchandise. They will give $300.00 to keep. They also want you to Wire in Western Union a big amount of $3500 or more to people.

Of course the check is no good, so when it comes back, you owe the bank. They use multiple addresses and phone numbers. Here is a list of phone numbers: 403-399-0384,514-839-7941. Fax numbers are 905-963-7800 and 516-208-4844. Mailing addresses are 182 James Drive West, St Rose, LA 70087 and 330 West 42nd St, New York NY 10036. They also send a sheet for you to fill out while you mystery shop to fax to them when done shopping. At first glance, it looks legit, but then you wonder why would someone send a check in that large amount to anyone that does not know them.
