Mystery Shopper Scam Check

Our Mystery shopper check is for $3925.00. They want $3340 plus $185 in fees to Western Union, A whopping $100 in actual "Mystery Shopping", and our starting pay of $300 for this first week of employment. But hey... We get to keep the $100 in items bought while "Mystery Shopping"!!!
The check has UBS Financial on the top right, and then there's Bank One N.A. On the bottom left. I am to contact Rick Clinger to authenticate the check, and then they list 5 people for the wire transfer to be sent to.

I'd love to run this back at them and have the Authorities be waiting on them to pick up the wired monies...
