Sears broken Craftsman riding mower - Craftsman lawn mowe

My 81 year old mother bought a Craftsman riding mower from our local Sears store in Feb. 2011. The mower has broken for the third time, twice this mowing season. I have called Sears three separate times on this repair, and have not heard from the repair tech, yet. I had to make as many calls on the previous repairs. The same part has broken on this mower all three times and I have been told that if it breaks the fourth time we will receive a replacement mower. I can only wonder how many times I will have to call to get that accomplished. I am totally disgusted
with Sears and their protection agreements. I will not buy another Sears product or recommend them to anyone.
