Sears Customer Richard Smith - Kenmore Water Softene

The repair person who serviced our water softener on July 2 was very good and we were pleased with his service. However now I have a question about the water level in the unit and I cannot reach anyone at any of the 800 numbers. I looked in the phone book and also called the number on my receipt. I kept getting put on hold and they did not return. I finally gave up after 15 minutes. Please call me at 435-674-4331 MST. I wish your phone lines were user friendly.
