Sears Home Repair Service
Technician could not service unit despite paid master protection plan

Called sears repair 4 times. 3 of the times i was suppose to have appt for them to service my unit, they couldnt find where i had called. 4 th time finally someone came out. We are adding on to our house and have no water outside so they cant service my unit. Said it was my problem. There is a car wash 2 miles from my house but i have no one to get it out of window to take it. I paid sears for the master protection plan and i have to do the service. Dont think so. Tech just looked at it and said he would be back in a week if i had water outside for him. Sorry service...
