Central Air Leaking After Three Repairs, Technician Blamed Installer, No Follow-Up

I bought Sears Kenmore central air had it installed by sears in 9/09 since then 3 times it had repair done this is I don't understand new product has so much problem still they cannot fix it water leaking from the attic intake unit not draining 8/8 I had Sears repair person come home look at the unit and blamed installer and left cancelled the job several phone calls following and no call from Sears about the problem.
