Service Agreement Useless for Leaking Refrigerator, Week-Long Wait

Bought a 3 year warranty from Sears on a whirlpool refrigerator. Well the refrigerator started leaking water, so I called Sears to get an appointment to have them come to the house. First of all, it took more than 15 minutes on hold to get customer service, and then when I finally got hold of them, they tell me that they can't send a repairman to the house until a week. I was lucky that Whirlpool warranty was covered for 1 year. Called Whirlpool and they sent someone out the next day. Don't ever buy a service agreement from Sears, you will regret it. Especially when it was a busted water line to the icemaker. If you are going buy a warranty purchase buy it directly from the Manufacturer (in this case, Whirlpool)
