Unauthorized charge

So called annual dues of $39.00 was charged to an account that I did not provide to classmates.com. The original debit card that was used to set up my account was cancelled by my bank due to possible fraud. How in the world did they get my new account information? I have emailed them several times, only to get the same generic letter about how I agreed to the terms of service. No email regarding renewal, no request for updated account information, they found my new debit information somewhere and used it. I am outraged! That is stealing! Oh and by the way, all those people trying to find me... Well, I still haven't found them.
