This company is terrible! Ridiculously over-priced and more a scam than a legitimate plumber, in my opinion.
I called for a simple leak (hole) in an exposed pipe. Of the 3 companies called Terry's Plumbing was much higher. They also claimed an entire section of the house pipes needed removed and installed new.
Terry's also works with set prices. As a consumer, there's no way to know how much is materiels, labor, mark-up, etc..
Our leak was fixed my an honest, old fashioned plumber at about 1/3 the cost of Terry's Plumbing!
