Geek squad - computer repair warr treatment

Had computer worked on in last wk, next morning wouldnt work, still had other same prob, called 1800 was told not imoprtant would give agents a mess., no one ever called back, had to get att to come fix what i paid geek squad for. Called again today 18oo was refered to store, said id like refund told to call 188 for that. Also told that at this time they are not set up for refix, why is it called a 30 day warr.
