Geek Squad Computer Repair Failed and Warranty Refund Refused

Had computer worked on in last wk, next morning wouldn't work, still had other same prob, called 1800 was told not important would give agents a mess., no one ever called back, had to get att to come fix what I paid geek squad for. Called again today 18oo was referred to store, said I'd like refund told to call 188 for that. Also told that at this time they are not set up for refix, why is it called a 30 day warr.
