Complaint

The applebees service in aston pa is horrendous. The manager is very unprofessional and unkept. We wait 45 minutes everytime to eat (and it isnt even crowded) with no drinks, plates, or siverware and when u tell the manager he looks at you like your crazy but nothing changes, very unfriendly staff, very unorganized. A shame because the food is great but I will not return until they change managers and have one that cares about customer service and retrain that staff. I run a buisiness in Aston and believe me many, many complaints I hear all day on your restaurants service. Pamela Anthony
