Ripoff Return Policy - Return Policy

I purchased a jacket from Overstock.com for $50.00 and it did not fit. I immediately returned the item in the original packaging and sent the item back on 12/22/08. I understood that shipping would be subtracted. I received and email on 01/09/09 informing me that they were refunding me a grand total of $20.45. Additionally, I was informed the item was not restockable due to HAIR; therefore the refund was reduced by $25.00 (50%). No other reason, just HAIR. As a prudent lay person, I find this reason both comical and insulting. They have no intention of making a reasonable attempt of refunding monies to their customers. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!!! BTW: I did not wear the jacket to get a haircut or any other hair attracting activity.
