Refused full refund of faulty product Allentown Pennsylvania

I ordered a slipcover for a recliner (chair) from Overstock.com, paying $49.99 for it, and was sent a completely different one from the one I ordered. I called and asked them to send the one I ordered, and they sent another identical slipcover (I returned the original one).

I decided to try the slipcover on my chair. I put it on and after only 3 days, it proved to be flimsy, thin and very easily snagged. It was made out of material just like a nylon stocking. A couple of the snags became little holes, just like women's hosiery.

I returned the faulty product, and when they received it, they told me that they were only refunding $14.57 of the original $49.99, because it had "hair" on it and was not "restockable". I feel that this was an inferior product. I know I won't be buying from them again.
