ModCloth.com Refused to issue cash refund on new merchandise return

I bought a coat from ModCloth.com for $109.99. After I obtained the coat, I tried it on once. It had been the incorrect size. I instantly changed it within the plastic carrier and bundle and delivered it to ModCloth, seeking a paypal reimbursement, that will be how I settled.

Today I received a contact from ModCloth informing me that since the product was delivered with pet hair, they're giving a shop credit in the place of money reimbursement. I named them-and informed them-this was undesirable. They stated that them is "broken" and "unsellable".

I told them that I tried it on once and instantly delivered it. Any stray pet hair might be eliminated in under one minute having a lint roller. Them wasn't TORN OR STAINED. I think it is difficult to genuinely believe that it's "unsellable" as a result of several pet locks that would be eliminated. They WOn't provide me a paypal return.
