Olevia TV Died in Ten Months and Promised Callback Never Came

I bought a tv from Sears, only worked 10 months, not only do I have manufacture warranty I have extended warranty. It has already been a month and all they say is we will have someone contact you in 48 hours. 48 hours never comes. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Sears owes me $800.00. I am sure it is illegal to scam people out of their hard earned money.
