Buyer Beware. This place is the Ghetto!
The Apartments have Bed Bugs! The management will charge you fees for utilities at their own will with no explanation of bill. Trying to get on touch with corporate is almost as hard as catching the manager actually in the office doing her job. (Typically you will see a will return sign that equates to a day off) however; here is the corporate number for anyone that might need it (801) 565-7430. Don't trust the office to give you your $500 dollar concession when refferring a friend either. I recently refferred a friend that moved in. When I inquired as to where my refund was, I was infirmed it would come in the mail after 2 months of my friend living there.
After 2 months and 3 and a half weeks, I inquired again. This time I was called a liar and told that my friend had never informed them of my refferral. After checking with my friends, she clearly stated she had directly told the manager that indeed I had refferred her. After a week of trying to get intouch with corporate on this matter, I was basically told that I should wait another week to hear anything back, as he would be out of town from wed till monday. If you ever need anything from this company, it seems they are on thier own agenda and it's not taking care of their customers, That's 4 sure!!! Nope it's more like they take days off as they please and always leave you on the back burner.
Parking! My car has been broke into twice in the year I lived here/backed into once/tires slashed all four / beer bottles constantly in parking lot/
Sleep? Don't try to get a nights rest! You will be awaken by cops pulling people over on 92nd and yelling at them through their bullhorn right next to your window / at least once a month / hope you like graffiti all over the walls cause there's plenty here / don't let your kids in the playground till you check it 4 glass from all the beer bottles the lazy people here can't even seem to haul to the trash.
These apartments told me when I moved in that they do not contain asbestos, however, when i resigned my lease after my first year, I had to sign a form that made me aware of it's presence in the buldings constiuent materials. I am writing this report so that other veterans and honest, hard working people such as myself, are informed of the day to day around here and do not make the mistake of renting from this ghetto!
