Norma: manager deceptive lying manager norma didn't explain chiller system (no a/c for march 08, only heat) wouldn't refund $200. Move in on march 2nd. No copy of lease for 1 month

I was looking for an apartment with free utilities and a move in special when i went to fountain ridge apartments. I saw the $199. Move in special sign and free utilities sign entering the parking lot. Norma the manager showed me a 1 bedroom apt. I filled out free credit report and 3 days later on march 1 i went to the office with $201. To sign a 6 month lease and to move in. Norma the manager was busy collecting rents from tenants. She handed me the 6 month lease agreement and told me to fill it out myself. (usually leasing agents go over lease with me.) My friend adam soldinger helped me go through the long 25 page lease and initial and sign it. I handed it back to norma who told me I would get my copy the next time i pay my rent. Norma then said that i can't drink beer or alcohol outside my front door. I don't drink, im a type 1 diabetic. Norma was seaking spanish to her assistant who walked me over to apt. 617 to do a walk thru and give me the key. At 8pm that day I brought my first load of my belongings to the apt. The carpet was still wet from shampooing so they left the heat on to dry it. I turned the thermostat to the left to cool the apt, but there was no a/c or cool air, just heat. The windows had no screens either. I didn, t move anything in and left to go back to my old apt., it was 85 degrees in apt 617. The next morning on 3/2/08, i went to see norma. I asked her when is the a/c turned on, she said on april 1st. I told her that she never explained to me about no a/c (chiller system). I am a diabetic and i can't survive with no a/c for a month, i would like my $201. Back and out of the 6 month lease. She said she told me about about chiller system (big lie) and theres nothing she can do. I called the management company called fountain communities. The secretary took a message and my phone number and told me somebody would call me. A week later I called back and asked her what the managments address is and who is the owner of the property. She said i have to write a letter to get an appointment with the owner. I found another apt. With a/c 2 days later and moved in. ON 3-24-08, i went to see Norma (i had 3 witnesses with me) to give her back the key to apt 617 and to ask for my copy of the lease. She now says it takes 7-10 days to get a copy. (its 24 days later now, wheres my copy). I told her that she is a liar and a scam artist. Arizona law says you get a copy of lease back in a timely manor. (not here at sweat box fountain ridge. I would like to sue them.
