These people have their signs up saying rent or cfd these homes are NOT CFD. They take advantage of people like me that have bad little or no credit and have no where else to go. I'm buying a house from them like an idiot being charged way to much. The house i'm in was infested with bugs, filthy, example there was cat poo on the ledges by my windows, the tub was the most disgusting thing i have ever in my life seen, and not to add there were other things growing in the house, and this was their clean up job. They told me that certain things would be done and now i'm fighting tooth and nail to get them to do these things. They had no problem contacting me back when they wanted me to sign the papers but now that i have i'm lucky to get them to call back or do anything, their excuse is there was a death in the family if this is true then i am truly sorry but this is the fourth one in a month yeah i'm not buying it any more.
