Pine Gardens Apartments bills for utilities on top of having to pay excel. This would not be a problem if they had a set way to bill you.instead they just generate a bill with no justification for the charges. After there done adding 30 bucks a month extra to that bill and you pay it, they will say you owe them for last months even though it has already been paid. Then when you agree to pay that and do. They say you owe utilities a month in advance. Even when you pay that which is not in you lease. They will stick another 90 d0llar bill on your door. When you ask what it's for, they will say utilities. Hmmm, if the utilities have now been paid 3 times over, how could that be. When you go in to contest the charges the manager will call 911 and try to have you arrested. The corporate office wont return your phone call to resolve the situation nor will he respond to a written request for arbritration. O did I mention these apartments have asbestos and force you to sign a waiver saying you won't sue them if something happens to you as a result.
