They Stink - service

The order by phone ticket master people are un-helpful. I purchased concert tickets five months ago and kept my order confirmation. About two months ago the credit card I used was stolen, so I had to destroy that card and close that account. They would not help me. If you could not provide the last four digits and they would not even connect me with a supervisor, who could help. The woman on the phone was snotty also.
