Stealing money

I had a charge on my credit card for $6.95 from this company. I have never ordered anything from them in my life! I called the 888 number only to be told they couldn't find any information on me so that means the charge didn't go through. While I was being told this I was looking at my account statement online and the money was taken out of my account. After arguing with this person for a minute or two I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I called right back and asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on again! I called back again and spoke with someone who asked for my cc #, which i refused to give. I was told again there was no imformation for me and I would have to call the bank. This company is a piece of crap, stealing people's money..
