New Home Construction has their construction license now suspended from complaints. Now removed the license from the newhomeinc.com website, but this is the old informaion:

"License is under suspension for the following reasons:
License is suspended for failure to resolve an outstanding final liability from the Franchise Tax Board, Department of Industrial Relations, Employment Development Department, or Contractors State License Board.
License is under suspension for failure to comply with Workers Comp. A workers compensation certificate or exemption statement may have been received by the Board but not yet processed. Once the certificate or exemption statement is processed the suspension will be lifted retroactively to the effective date of the certificate or exemption statement. Ask the contractor for proof of worker's compensation and contact the insurance company to verify coverage.
License suspended due to association with another license for failure to comply with a bond payout.
License is suspended because its association with another license that has failed to comply with an outstanding civil judgment."
They changed their name now to New Home Alliance. Same cat but different spots now? Stay away stay away!!!
Owner is rich rifkin (his real name?), website at richrifkin.com. Cannot verify any of his claims.

Many former employees left unpaid and sueing to get money.
