Best buy protection plan

As usual, anything that you buy from Best buy, they try their best to sell their protection plan and say everything under the sun is covered.
Now when you take the total protection plan who will decide the degree of accidental damage...

Now, I purchased my Macbook and protection plan for $2300...
I damaged my laptop due to some mishandling...
When I went up to them, they sent it to service, I was told that laptop was submerged in water...

Now, what to do...
Not a penny from $2300 is covered...

All i could say is it was WORST BUY
