12000. Dollars and system does not work, part has to come from Japan?!

I am not sure that the local dealer is the problem or not but apparently Trane is. My 82 yr old mother lives here and we paid for a state of the art system to draw in night time air to super cool the house in summer and nothing works not even the regular air conditioner. She is too frail to deal with this heat and the part apparently has to come from Japan. I am angry with Trane for having defective equipment and putting my mothers health and life in danger in this hot climate. This is supposed to be a 95% efficiency system and we paid over 12,000.00 for better efficiency and safety
