Trane a/c failure - trane air conditioner/heater

I purchased 2 Trane A/C units for my house, a 2 ton and a 2.5 ton. I had to replace the evaporator coil and the variable speed fan on the 2 ton after less than 3 years. It took 4 days to get the part and install it. 4 days in South FL w/out A/C in not acceptable. How can a reputable company not have a typical part (Fan) in stock?
Crappy Service for a Crappy machine. The Unit looks like it dipped in salt water before it was installed. Never buy a Trane. They're junk.
