A piece of junk! - trane air conditioner/heater

We purchased a brand new home with brand new Trane HVAC and Heat Pump in 2005. We have had to have both units worked on every year since year 2007. And every time someone works on it they have to order the part because the Trane parts are not in stock. I hate this and they should stop that commercial that about no one being able to stop a Trane. Heck no one can get the Trane going...
