I have had nothing but trouble since I found this company in the yellow pages when looking for cable for my new home. I was told that the package I wanted was $35 a month for two years. I was NOT told that I would have to call into a separate company within 30 days to receive rebates of $12 and give Direct TV my checking account number to receive an additional $5 in rebates in order to receive this $35 rate. I was told that there was no cost for the 2nd and 3rd receivers, and that the DVR I received was a special where I only paid the regular receiver rate. So when I received my first bill, that I was expecting to be about $50 /- for taxes I was absolutely shocked when it was almost $120. When I called to find out why, customer service was ridiculous. It was as if they had never even heard the term 'customer service'. At one point the woman actually tried to tell me that 50 70 was $62 and that was what my bill was for even though it read amount due $118.56. After, having to call back 11 times in order to get anyone useful and non-insulting I finally got iffy resolution, especially since during the 7 hours I spent on the phone I was informed that the $35 rate was only for one year and not the two as I had been told.

Now - 3 months later - not only are they not holding up to the lame resolution that I was offered, they have now switched my programing to a high dollar package without my knowledge or consent and refusing to switch it back.

I have had to waste hours every month to get my bill corrected and have started following every conversation up with an email and still gt no resolution for what I was promised.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME as they con you into service you are legally obligated to it for 2 years unless you wish to pay a $1800 early termination fee.
