Store Misled Us on Insurance Over $100 for Computer Shipment

We shipped our computer across the country. The store manager told us that FedEx would not allow us to insure our computer for over $100 unless we shipped by air, which would have cost $700. We believed him, only to find out from FedEx that this was not true. It turns out he uses a different insurance company, which he did not disclose.

Since then, he has been surly and unhelpful as we have tried to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend his store to anyone!
