Fax Cover Sheet Charged and High Packing Fee at Checkout

One clerk asked if I wanted a cover sheet when I wanted to fax some documents. Since this is often a free service, I assumed it was. When I went to pay, I was charged for that page, too.

I was also going to ship some packages through the same store, and I was purchasing the boxes and the shipping. The clerk asked if I wanted him to pack the boxes, which I assumed was a free service. When he went to charge me, he wanted to charge me for the packing, at a pretty high fee per box as I recall. I refused and took the items to the FedEx store, where I shipped them at about half the cost with free packing.
