Dish installed incorrectly

I set up new svc with direct tv, and they installed the dish on the upstairs apartment unit because my unit downstairs did not get the signal, he said it was ok, and it has always been done with no issues. Signed off on the wo and then the appartment complex told me it had to come down asap, because they could not install it on a different unit other than my own. So now direct dv is charging me a can fee of $400.00. Because they say its my fault because i signed off on the wo, and i have a 2 year contract with them. Yet when i called and spoke to a different rep, who sent out a tech and he verified that it was installed incorrectly and no possiable way i could have svc with them because of the way my unit faces. And she assured me can fee will not apply due to the fact that it was installed inproperly by their tech. So now they said theres nothing i can do but pay the fee! I am very upset. What can i do now! Spoke to betty-rep and she said she spoke to chris the supervisor and they was nothing i could do!
