Hamburger Ordered Without Cheese Came With Cheese Twice in a Week

What does it take to get a 1/4 hamburger without cheese? Twice this past week at the McDonald's on Madison Ave. in Council Bluffs, IA, I have ordered a 1/4 without cheese and twice i have gotten cheese. Do you have any type of training program on how to listen to your customers or are profits so bad we are pushing a more expensive menu item?
