Slamed me w/ad i did'nt want

Dex yellow pages charged me $20,000 for advert. That i called and left a message to discontinue. Dex says their salesperson tried to get a hold of me 3x and sent me a reg. Letter. No such thing happened and they can not come up with any proof a litter was really sent nor was i ever left a message to call them back. I’ve been in business with them since 1991. Never a mistake ever! Now they say i have to pay for the ad that i told them i did not want and asked to be increased on the internet. They also have not been able to come up with a signed agreement they say notifies me that if can only stop the ad in writing. They do have an agreement of their own that says this but they have not shown me where i signed that agreement. I am being harassed and threatened to take me to court and hurt my credit which is almost 700. I told them i would agree to paying just for the internet part but not a dime for something i asked not to be a part of. What to do?
