Excessive charges

I called sears home services on 8/7/09 and requested a service call at 18701 Flying Tiger Dr #445. I explained the problem, scheduled a service call for 8/12/09 PM, was asked for and gave a credit card number. A charge of 214.99 was made and cleared my bank account on 8/10/09. The service tech made the service call and said no charge had been made. He then made a service call charge of 70.00 which cleared my bank on 8/15/09.
I have thus paid a total of $284.99 for a service call with unsatisfactory results!
