Sears Appliance Service & Repair After two visits and a third that never showed did not fix my dryer Henderson

Had the first service call show up on 8/29 for my dryer, the tech states he put in an igniter, charged $188.61 and left. On 9/11 I requested another service call for the same problem, would not heat. Tech came out on 9/12 stated the wires were loose on the igniter and left. On 9/17 I requested another service call for the same problem, they were scheduled between 1:00 to 5:00 PM on 9/18 and after waiting all afternoon the tech called at 4:05 PM and stated could not make it until maybe 6:00 PM or later or would reschedule. I thereafter called service and stated that I had now taken off three afternoons of which this last one the tech did not make it so I requested my money returned. After over and hour on the phone with Sears Repair, then Sears Customer Department, then back to Sears Customer Service and bounced back to Sears Repair (now over an hour on the phone on hold) I requeste TRST which is Sears Service Recovery Team. I was transfered to them and the call was conveniently cut off so I called back and finally talked to a Michael, Sears ID#68716 in the TRST area and asked for my money back of $188.61 and was told they would only return $54.00 out of the initial amount paid of $188.61. Certainly don't understand how a repair that should have been made and was not ends up costing me $134.61 for nothing. I took off three afternoons or 12 hours of my time at $25.00 per hour which equals $300.00 plus $188.61 for payment on the service call that did not repair the dryer which puts me at $488.61 of total loss and get treated like a second class citizen.in addition I cannot get my money returned for something that should have been done. Once again the little guy gets kicked and is suppose to settle for nothing.
