Had me move into a roach infested apartment knowing it was infested and would not let me break my lease ripoff

Joseph Seabrookes owns alot of real estate property around the pittsburgh, pa area. He might be a good landlord to some people but to others he's not.in pittsburgh, pa the apartment complex in the hill district on Kirkpatrick st. Is infested with roaches. He has about 14 or more apartments and the entire building is infested with them. He had the exterminator come but they only exterminate a couple apartments. Even though the exterminator came it didn't do anything because roaches travel. They would come through the vents and out of sockets and behind cabinets and everywhere. He didn't though. He accepts section 8 but i don't know how section 8 approved the unit because it's infested. He don't let you break your lease and you can't unless you don't care about getting kicked off of section 8 and getting a bad report from the landlord.

He lives in luxury while his tenants live in infested apartments. It was terrible. I seen a roach almost everyday and everywhere in my apartment. They were even in my bathtub. Joseph Seabrookes is triflin. How could he rent property like that knowing that he has the problem that he has? He don't care. He'll show you the apartment and you'll like it unless you see a roach that day he show's you. And he won't tell you about them of course. He'll let you find out. That entire building needs to be knocked down immediately. He'll have a lawsuit if a roach crawls into someone's ears or mouth. And people have kids and he still doesn't care. Someone should do something about that. But pass the word. Don't move into one of his apartments.
