Spring Hills Apartments
Three Apartments Flooded

At 3pm in the afternoon of 4/16, toilet flooded apartment. Contacted apartment complex, maintenance came and left. At 1:30 in the AM plumbers came and unstopped it from the outside, but did not come into apartment. No one came to take out the water before Monday afternoon. Still to this day no one has cleaned the carpet. The managers refuse to come till the carpet is dry. It is unlivable. It is also in apartments 1217 and 1219. It has happened 6 times in the two years living there. The manager refuses to move me. Please help. We are desperate.
