These apartments are ok in day time. But everything is dif at night. Please don't move into these apartments. Drug dealers live their, and what's worse, is that the land lord knows, but she wont do anything about it. A very scary area with nothing but weekly shootings and stabbings.

When I was renting my apartment in the manager's office for the first time, I asked the manager, "how is the neighborhood?" and she said "oh it's really nice, very quiet." bs. When I confronted her with this about 5 months later, she told me "this is just the way things are." Bad management. Horrible.

Do yourself a favor, if you hear that there are apartments for rent on Kenwood DR in SPRING VALLEY, just RUN. I have nothing nice to say about this lady running the Vista De Oro apartments.
